Our Seniors Yoga class at Alderwood United Church is designed for every body. We focus on gentle, functional movements that help you feel stronger and more flexible in your daily life.

      With the guidance of our experienced instructor Kim B., this program is designed to help you explore the benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.

      Our Chair Yoga sessions focus on improving flexibility, balance, and strength, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. The classes are designed to accommodate all levels, and no previous yoga experience is required. Modifications are offered to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely.
